Cancellation Policy for Genting Highlands Rotary Institute Registration



  • Cancellation Requests:
    • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to secretariat@2025gentingrotaryinstitute.org
    • Cancellations made before September 25, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of USD 75.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 25, 2025.

  • Transfer of Registration:
    • Registrations are transferable up to October 25, 2025. To transfer your registration, please contact secretariat@2025gentingrotaryinstitute.org with the details of the new attendee.
    • No transfers will be accepted after October 25, 2025.

  • No-Show Policy:
    • Registrants who do not attend the event and have not cancelled their registration will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
